Hi, I’m Laize, Brazilian by birth, living in Portugal, and in love with the sea since always.
When I arrived in Portugal six years ago, I felt something shift. I was finally close to the ocean every day, able to walk to the beach, to breathe deeper, and to live in a rhythm that felt like home. I knew I didn’t want to leave. That deep connection to the sea became a turning point for me, a place where I felt free, calm, and truly myself.
That’s when the idea for Blōm was born.
I created Blōm for women who love to connect with the sea and bloom in the waves.
As a surfer, I find something deeply special in being a woman in the water. No matter how I’m feeling in that week, the ocean always brings me back to myself. It’s where I feel relaxed, connected, and strong, and also soft, feminine, and beautiful in a very real way.
