Return Policy
At Blōm, every piece is made especially for you through our fulfillment partner. We want you to love your purchase, so please read our return policy carefully.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
We will work with our partner to provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Lost Packages
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
We will investigate and arrange a replacement if eligible.
Wrong Address

If the shipping address provided is incorrect or considered insufficient by the courier, the package will be returned to our partner facility. In this case, customers are responsible for the cost of reshipment once a new, correct address is confirmed.
Unclaimed Packages

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the facility. Customers are responsible for the cost of reshipment. After 30 days, unclaimed returns are donated to charity and are no longer eligible for reshipping or refund.
Returns by Customer (Change of Mind, Wrong Size, etc.)

Because all of our products are made on demand, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as choosing the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind. Please review our size guides carefully before placing your order.

Brazilian customers: Under local law, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order by contacting us at info@blomwear.com with proof of purchase and photos of the item. Items must be unused and in original condition. Refunds will not be granted if the product shows signs of use or damage.
EU Customers

Under Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Sealed goods unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.

As our products are made-to-order, our partner reserves the right to refuse returns in these cases.
